Account Information: Apple ID identifier, display name, and email address when you sign in with Apple.
Device Information: Device identifier, timezone, and push notification token for delivering messages.
Conversation Data: Messages you exchange with AI companions are processed to generate responses. Conversation memories (facts the AI learns about you) are stored to personalize your experience.
User-Created Content: Custom companion profiles you create, including names, personalities, and avatar images.
Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about app usage, feature engagement, and crash reports to improve our service.

AI Processing: Conversation content is sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and do not retain your conversations for training purposes.

Delete your account and all associated data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted memories are permanently removed from our servers. If you delete your account, all associated data will be purged within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Velora is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
